Background Checked
All INIC teachers complete thorough state and federal background checks, reference checks, and screening so families can trust who is in each classroom.
Certified in cpr & first aid
Every teacher is trained and certified in pediatric CPR and First Aid, helping ensure quick, calm responses in any emergency.
100% native spanish speaker
Classrooms are led by native or fluent Spanish speakers, giving children accurate language models, rich vocabulary, and true daily immersion.
Receive paid, ongoing, mandatory training
Teachers receive a minimum of 72 hours of paid training each year, including coaching in curriculum, safety, and social-emotional practices.
INIC staff receive a minimum of 72 hours paid training per year (300% more than the State Minimum Requirement of 24 hours per year)
